Jill is a training design and delivery specialist who helps business teams, trainers, presenters, and teleclass leaders conceptualize, design, develop, and/or deliver awesome sessions that are focused, interactive, efficient and effective.
Working with clients as a designer/developer, trainer or coach, Jill brings her academic background, her expertise in Accelerated Learning and decades of experience to her clients. Over the past year her diverse list of corporate clients list has included Ford Motor Company, McGraw-Hill, Reed Elsevier, Siemens Medical, Gilead Sciences, Petrotrin, Fashion Institute of Technology, SUNY and the Juvenile Justice Commission of New Jersey. In addition, she is a design/developer and trainer for one of the largest international training companies in the world. JIll also coaches entrepreneurs in training program design and delivery and presentation skills for in-person session and teleclass leading.

What are Jill’s credentials?
Not only is Jill an international consultant, her training and coaching work has spanned in corporate, government, nonprofit and educational settings. Her focus in on training design, development and delivery, Accelerated Learning techniques, presentation skills, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and diversity.
Jill began her career as a teacher for students with special education needs in the New York City school system. Her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in child psychology and special education (respectively), and her doctorate in curriculum development form the foundation of her academic work, though she is also a graduate of CoachU and Martin Seligman’s Authentic Happiness Coaching Program. Jill started her firm, icoachidesign, just over ten years ago.
She is a prolific writer, and so in addition to her training courses, she has authored a book, articles, ebooks, ecourses, teleclasses and, of course, her blog, trainerscafe.
